Returns & Exchanges:
Customers may return or exchange purchased items within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to the following terms and conditions:- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, for example:- Beauty tools and accessories (for example nail polish, nail tools, clippers, trimmers, hair brushes, combs, and hair extensions).
- Creams and lotions.
- Perfumes, incense, and similar items.
